We are on the lookout for a skilled Administrative Virtual Assistant based in South Korea.
The accepted candidates will help with our client's administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a good administrative skills with a general cultural understanding of the area.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Collect, organize, and maintain a database of qualified leads for the company.
- Proactively contact and source vendors, negotiating terms to ensure the best possible partnerships.
- Analyze industry trends to improve sourcing strategies and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align research and vendor acquisition with company goals.
- Candidates must be a local from a target city
- Candidates must be fluent in English and the local language.
- Experience in lead generation, research, or vendor sourcing is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Understanding and are a user of major search and social platforms (Bing, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Line, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and others) as the main tasks are doing research.
- Compensation:
- 50% guaranteed salary
- 50% target-based earnings (performance-driven)
