Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and quality in service delivery.
- Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and create reports for senior leadership, identifying areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth coordination and execution of projects.
- Address operational challenges proactively and strategically to mitigate risks.
- Drive initiatives that promote sustainability and efficiency across the distribution chain.
- Bachelor/Associate degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or distribution sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operational activities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
