Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Change Management Coordinator to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update data in the Procore system through direct input of contract related data or up-loading data files
  • Assist in the development and preparation of project cost estimates and change order management including, but not limited to, the Project Manager assigned Representative drafting potential change order documents, Pre-Negotiation Positions, and/or Contract Modification Packages
  • Assist in the monitoring of project activities, claims and change orders, progress reporting, payments, and other contract administration functions
  • Perform other project related duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or Task Manager.

Background and Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or in a related field and 8+ years related engineering experience
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience in construction and/or transportation projects and the ability to evaluate and develop complex project estimates
  • In lieu of degree, Equivalent work experience of at least six (6) years experience in change management, project controls, or a similar field will be acceptable
  • Familiarity with construction standards, comfortable in a field and office work environment
  • Skilled with Microsoft 365© Suite of applications and familiar with RSMeans© or other estimating references and project management software system (Procore).

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
