As a Danish Speaker at MICROSOFT, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to Danish-speaking clients. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support to Danish-speaking clients
• Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer problems
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
• Stay updated on the latest products, services, and technologies from MICROSOFT
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work from home setup
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Valid EU passport or ID
