Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Dutch to ensure it adheres to established community standards.
• Identify and act upon inappropriate content, including harmful or unethical submissions.
• Engage with the user community by addressing queries and providing clarity on moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators and stakeholders to optimize processes and improve content quality.
• Offer feedback for developing and refining moderation guidelines and practices.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in social media and relevant digital content to ensure effective moderation.
• Support the onboarding of new team members with training related to moderation tools and procedures.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in English is advantageous for communication within the team.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a user-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their operational dynamics.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
