Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for various products or services
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions and solutions in a detailed manner
• Collaborate with team members and other departments, if needed, to resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in technical support or a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of basic technical concepts and proficiency in using computer systems
• Availability to work from home on a Greek island
