Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist clients with questions regarding services, products, and technical support.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve complex customer issues.
• Offer guidance on the effective use of software and hardware products.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in IT support or customer service, particularly in the technology sector.
• Strong technical understanding of various IT products and services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Adept at problem-solving and able to manage issues proactively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while working remotely.
