This role is aimed at individuals who are passionate about travel and enjoy assisting clients in creating memorable adventures. As a travel agent, you will cater to the needs of Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them in every aspect of their travel planning journey.

Responsibilities

Assist Spanish-speaking clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and tourist activities.
Provide tailored recommendations that match clients' preferences, budgets, and travel dreams.
Communicate with clients through various channels, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
Keep updated on travel destinations, industry trends, and special offers to provide informed advice to clients.
Efficiently manage booking processes to ensure that every detail is confirmed and accurately handled.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may encounter before or during their travels.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in the travel industry or as a travel agent is preferred.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
