Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Mobile Banking Services Department

We are currently on the lookout for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Mobile Banking Services Department. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for finance and technology and enjoy assisting customers with their mobile banking inquiries.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account access, transactions, and mobile app usage.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on outstanding queries.
  • Collaborate with the banking operations team to ensure effective service delivery and to resolve complex issues.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of mobile banking services.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the financial or banking sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
