Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to assistance requests from Polish-speaking clients via phone and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to dispatch and track roadside assistance operations efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process, providing ongoing updates and reassurance.
  • Document client interactions and service requests accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and strive for high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Support client inquiries and resolve any issues related to roadside assistance services.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably within the automotive or roadside assistance sector.
