This key position involves delivering outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring that their interactions with our brand are seamless and satisfying.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within the CRM system.
Identify and escalate issues as needed, collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements and solutions.
Stay informed about our products and services to offer relevant recommendations and advice to customers.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive remote working environment by sharing best practices and feedback.
Assist in training new hires, providing guidance on customer service standards and expectations.

Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a customer experience role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Comfortable with using remote working tools and CRM software effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
