Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of social media metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor and assess audience engagement, trends, and performance across multiple social media channels.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize your findings and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop data-driven social media strategies aimed at enhancing client outreach.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in social media analytics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of effective social media campaigns based on data insights.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, particularly in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills, especially in presenting data insights effectively.
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
