French Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Experience Associate to join our dedicated team, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will have the chance to engage with our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their experience with our services is smooth and satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information and service inquiries, offering guidance tailored to their needs.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system to enable effective follow-up and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement strategies for improving the customer experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and customer service techniques.

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
