Provide tech support to Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
Document customer interactions and findings for future reference
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in tech support or a related field is preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver friendly and professional customer service
Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings
