Responsibilities
- Provide tech support to Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
- Document customer interactions and findings for future reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in tech support or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
