Responsibilities

Provide outstanding technical support to Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
Assist customers by guiding them through problem-solving processes with clear, actionable steps.
Document customer interactions and the resolutions of technical issues accurately.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback on common technical challenges to help refine and improve support workflows.

Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Technical proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and fundamental networking principles.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
