Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and store services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about brand promotions and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer service experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and brand offerings to serve customers better.
  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Passion for brand representation and knowledge of consumer products is a plus.
  • Competent in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
