Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for Nordic-speaking clients, offering expert guidance on our digital advertising solutions.
- Address client inquiries and provide insights on optimizing advertising strategies.
- Assist clients in understanding how to effectively use our digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Document client interactions to identify trends and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to provide relevant insights.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and marketing strategies clearly to clients.
