Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and accurately.
- Ensure a positive client experience through exceptional customer service practices.
- Document all support requests and solutions comprehensively in the ticketing system.
- Assist with system configurations, software installations, and updates for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Provide training and resources to clients to empower them in using their IT systems effectively.
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
- Relevant experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
