Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality remote customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding premium coffee appliances.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
- Assist customers during the purchasing process by providing knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with remote team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- A genuine interest in coffee and knowledge of coffee appliances is advantageous.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and an appropriate workspace for remote work.
