Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients using our products.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through various communication channels.
Guide customers in utilizing our solutions effectively to enhance their experience.
Document all support interactions and solutions to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex inquiries.
Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product offerings and technical knowledge.

Fluent in Norwegian (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support or a related field is an advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Proactive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
