Nordic Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines in Greece

This role allows you to combine your love for coffee with a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.

In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to luxury coffee machines. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, offering product knowledge, and ensuring each customer enjoys a premium experience. Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding high-end coffee machines.
Manage inquiries and support requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot product issues and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of product features and specifications to offer informed advice.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous quality improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to increase your expertise in coffee products and customer service.

Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous customer service experience, especially in luxury retail or coffee, is preferred.
Genuine passion for coffee and a strong understanding of high-end products.
Self-motivated with solid problem-solving abilities.
Able to excel in a remote work environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in the local culture.
