Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Nordic languages with inquiries related to rental services through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Guide clients through the rental booking process, explaining terms, conditions, and services clearly.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Collaborate with the remote team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on rental services, industry trends, and internal policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the system.
- Share insights with the team to support service improvements and contribute to overall objectives.
- Fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the rental, travel, or tourism sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Proficient in problem-solving and attentive to detail.
- Familiarity with customer service technologies and systems is advantageous.
- Flexible work availability, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
