Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece. As a vital member of our client’s customer service team, you will have the chance to engage with Norwegian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing outstanding support for the company’s products and services. This role will allow you to combine your language skills with a passion for customer care in a vibrant and dynamic working environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Norwegian, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services.
  • Assist customers with navigating processes and troubleshooting challenges, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records for future reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and relevant departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
  • Stay updated on product features, policies, and industry trends to serve customers better.
  • Engage proactively with customers, helping them maximize their experience and satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge within the customer service domain.
  • Fluency in Norwegian along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate well to diverse customers.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or team setting.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries and tasks effectively.
  • A genuine interest in customer service and a dedication to providing high-quality support.
