Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients using our products.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently through various channels.
Educate customers on effectively utilizing our technology solutions to enhance their experience.
Document all support interactions and solutions to improve future service.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues for quick resolution.
Engage in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of our technology and improve your skills.

Fluent in Norwegian (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
