Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via various communication channels.
• Assist with inquiries regarding IT products, services, and technical support.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and products to offer knowledgeable assistance to clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and explain IT solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and competence in basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
