As Project Manager – IP Migrations, you will be the key point of contact for customers during their migration journey. You’ll collaborate with enterprise clients to scope, plan, and execute the migration of search queries, alerts, and folder structures into Patsnap. With your keen eye for detail and expertise, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. 


This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office. 


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. 
  • Oversee and manage data migration for our customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Assist in pricing migration services based on the scope and complexity of each project. 
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns or questions. 
  • Verify that all migrated data is accurate, complete, and aligns with customer requirements. 
  • Ensure migration projects are completed within agreed-upon timelines and budgets. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and engineering, to ensure a seamless migration experience. 


About You:
  • Proven experience managing migration projects or data transitions for enterprise clients. 
  • Experience with IP databases and/or IP search tools is a significant advantage. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to scope projects accurately and develop actionable plans. 
  • Experience with budget management and pricing is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable. 
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
