What You’ll Do:

As a Program Management Leader reporting into the CTO, you will have two main objectives:

  • Be a player / coach for a small team of technical software product managers
  • Help define and deliver improvements to our SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) process

You will drive major projects and programs for the SEON product to ultimately deliver outcomes for customers efficiently, promptly, and effectively while coordinating cross-functional, diverse, and distributed teams of SEON professionals. You will serve as the program manager of multiple large-scale product development and delivery programs. Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Own, define, and improve the SEON SDLC in collaboration with the CTO, the engineering leadership team, and delegates from cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Own the schedule for one or more engineering delivery projects within SEON
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (PM, Architects, Development leads, QA, and Cloud Ops) to make sure we have good requirements; a high level design; work breakdown structure; engineering estimates; resource allocation; and project plan
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to track projects in-flight and report project status
  • Conduct efficient and yet thorough change management processes to ensure changes to scope and requirements are known, captured and escalated appropriately for impact and decision making related to all changes. This includes coordinating with customers and highlighting changes driven by customers.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Manage and Nurture relationships with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate and Document adequately to make every stakeholder’s responsibilities clear on daily and weekly basis
  • Drive risk mitigation
  • Conduct weekly meetings and driving action items
  • Manage a team of other program managers
    • Manage team effectiveness; set goals; and evaluate team performance
    • Ensure that processes are well understood and applied consistently
    • Train and mentor team members as appropriate

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects with diverse teams
  • 10+ years of experience with delivering technology implementations
  • 5+ years of experience managing other program managers
  • Experience with SaaS software development
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience with security, FinTech, Fraud detection technologies
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ready to tackle any high stress situations
  • Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Ability to be a leader and be follower as situation demands - a good team player
  • Big-picture thinking, vision, while constantly keeping an eye on execution of the vision
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Driving skills to raise difficult issues/risks and drive decisions/resolutions/action
  • Ability to adapt to diverse working styles

  • PMP / Scrum Master Certification or equivalent nice to have
