Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting: Conduct 80–100 calls daily to prospects using a provided lead list. Schedule meetings with potential clients for sales executives.
  • Email Outreach & Follow-Up: Send email follow-ups to interested prospects and manage responses. Develop a methodical approach to track and manage leads.
  • Client Research & Lead Management: Understand the landscape and needs of the clients to ensure tailored outreach. Take detailed notes and manage callbacks effectively.
  • Appointment Preparation: Qualify leads in the CRM. Provide thorough context to sales executives before appointments.
  • Tool Usage & Activity Tracking: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, Asana, Dynamics, Apollo, and Kixie. Log all activities in the dialer and maintain accurate CRM records.
