As Vice President for Additive Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of our Additive Manufacturing business within both the federal and commercial markets. With your audacious skills, you’ll identify, develop, and cultivate strategic customer relationships to secure significant revenue and expand our market footprint. Using those relationships, you’ll identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities with C-suit level contacts along with commanding officers and senior DoD executives. With these relations and accounts, you’ll then use your embrace the data generated to proactively identify and interpret demand signals from key customers, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) and other industries.

With a world-class understanding of Additive Manufacturing solutions, you’ll collaborate with Phillips partners to develop and present compelling value propositions that address customer needs and challenges for today and tomorrow. Then, you’ll use your virtuosos skills in sales strategies, including needs analysis, solution development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation, to secure and close deals so you’re able to consistently achieve and exceed annual sales quotas and key performance indicators.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $150,000.00 and $200,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

10 years’ experience in DOD business development

Navy nuclear engineering experience preferred

Ability to obtain access to military bases

Experience with engaging executives at large DOD contracting
