Product Manager - Market Data

Pave is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Market Data team in building a real-time compensation benchmarking tool. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a mission-first mindset.

Skills

5+ years of experience as a product manager
Strong technical understanding of ML/DS
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
Collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
Learning and growth mindset

Responsibilities

Spend time with customers to understand their compensation needs
Develop key parts of product roadmap
Create & manage rubric for judging quality of compensation benchmarks
Empower team by providing context and setting direction
Drive customer-focused decisions and clear prioritization
Coordinate with cross-functional partners and leadership
Build scalable processes and mentor PMs within the Market Data group

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)
