In this dynamic position you will be a valued member of  Peak’s core offerings and will work alongside the Principal of Estate Management on all aspects of estate management. As an Associate Estate Manager, you will provide crucial support in overseeing and maintaining the operations of a private estate or multiple properties. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Property Management Support: Assist the Principal in overseeing the day to day operations of the estate, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, scheduling property inspections, and ensuring the property is kept in pristine condition.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including landscapers, maintenance personnel, and security providers. Coordinate their schedules, supervise their work, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget planning and management, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Work closely with the Principal to ensure financial objectives are being met.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and executing of events held at the estate, including coordinating with caterers, event planners, and other service providers. Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for successful events.
  • Staff Management: Oversee the scheduling and supervision of domestic staff, such as housekeepers, gardeners, and security personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, and organizing schedules for Principal and other staff members. Maintain confidential files and ensure proper documentation. 
  • Maintenance: Create and maintain the house manual utilizing property management software. Upkeep all vendor state licenses and certificates of insurance.
  • This is a client facing role that requires white glove service and world class etiquette. The position requires you to travel to multiple properties weekly and you will otherwise work from home.


Required Experience and Skills
  • You are nurturing, kind, empathetic and genuinely see yourself as thoughtful and want to help others. 
  • You enjoy fast paced environments and will approach all tasks little and small with a can do attitude. No job is too big or too small.
  • Previous experience in estate management, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring high quality property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, vendors, tenants, and guests.
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to domestic staff members and vendors. Experience in managing a team is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address operational challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism and ethical behavior in handling sensitive information and dealing with high-profile individuals.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations, work extended hours as needed, and be available for occasional weekend and evening work during events or emergencies.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Google Suites, MS Office, and property management software is preferred.


$75,000 - $100,000 a year
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

- Full health coverage - medical, dental & vision.
- 401K with a 3% contribution by Peak not dependent on your personal contribution.
- Home office set up - You will be issued a computer and accessories by the Company and will receive $500 in reimbursement for other home office setup needs.
- Stipend - You will receive $100 per month as a stipend to offset cell phone/internet cost and $1000 per year to spend on health and fitness.
- Company Bonus Program - You will be eligible to participate in the 2024 Company Performance Bonus Program. Your target payout under the Program will be 10%, with final payout dependent upon Company and individual performance.
- Generous PTO and Sick Days - You are entitled to 12 days of PTO in addition to the legally mandated sick leave days required by your local municipal county. You will also receive 9 paid holidays per year, plus a 4 day office closure at the end of the year between Christmas and New Years Eve.
