Job Position: Training Specialist

Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)

Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: up to 50,000/month

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview:

As a Training Specialist at Pearl, you will play a vital role in equipping our team with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. By delivering impactful training programs, you will drive personal and organizational success, shaping the future of our workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Onboarding sessions on Pearl Culture, and Virtual Assistance done the Pearl way
  • Design and deliver upskill programs to address identified skill gaps.
  • Develop and distribute learning materials for training sessions.
  • Assess training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
  • Collaborate with teams, such as Client Success, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations to create relevant materials.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Talent Success Manager.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (required).
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (required).
  • Must be available to work during the hours of 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM general shift hoop.
  • Experience with NAM, and EU programs preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify skill gaps.
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods, especially virtual facilitation.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Compensation Package:

  •  Competitive Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 per month, based on experience and skills
