Peloton is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing, who will be responsible for co-driving the strategy, development and execution of key business initiatives that drive awareness, sales and All Access Member subscriptions. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be an expert in the Connected Fitness landscape, Peloton’s business and organizational needs, and their target audience’s everyday challenges to help define the opportunity for current and future products. This person will balance strategic thinking, synthesizing data from multiple sources, with excellent project management skills to lead; creating and delivering large, complex, creative campaigns and global go-to-market strategies. This role will report into the Director, Product Marketing (Connected Fitness) and will partner with a wide range of teams (Hardware, Product, Design, User Research, Consumer Insights, User Research, Finance, Marketing channels, and more) to define the strategy and lead a cross-functional team to deliver results that drive business impact. The ideal candidate is energized by defining new opportunities, building and shaping strategy, and delivering executional excellence. Ideally, this candidate has led defining the opportunity for new products and experiences, is an extremely strong project manager who can bring structure to complicated workstreams, has experience or is eager to learn physical product development, and has experience working with software teams to drive growth, adoption and engagement.
