Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Pendo’s technology and create customer success best practices
Maintain a portfolio of customers and drive adoption, retention, and risk mitigation
Establish relationships across different levels of the organization and conduct quarterly portfolio planning
Co-create Success Plans and deliver effective Business Reviews to enable customers to achieve desired outcomes
Advocate for customers internally and facilitate successful implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewals
Provide operational support as needed
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
