Principal Customer Success Manager

Pendo is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise organizations, drive customer success, and support customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and product expert responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level account strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Pendo’s technology and create customer success best practices
  • Maintain a portfolio of customers and drive adoption, retention, and risk mitigation
  • Establish relationships across different levels of the organization and conduct quarterly portfolio planning
  • Co-create Success Plans and deliver effective Business Reviews to enable customers to achieve desired outcomes
  • Advocate for customers internally and facilitate successful implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewals
  • Provide operational support as needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
