We have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Southeast team. You will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned geography. The successful candidate will implement effective sales strategies, represent the company, and build strong relationships with key players in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, as well as expertise in sales coaching, data analysis and performance management, pipeline management, and fostering a growth mindset.
Candidate will need to be based in the Southeast market with proximity to a major airport.

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $137300 - $254900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives.
