The Sr. BSA Operations T will play a pivotal role in providing functional design, configuration, and support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S4 Hana. The person will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, including the design and implementation of TO-BE processes in areas such as quota arrangement, Singapore STO setup, AUS MRP setup, and indirect procurement optimization.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide SAP S4 Hana P2P Functional design and support.
· Do AS-IS analysis of the Business Process and design the TO-BE process in SAP for the following functionalities:
1. Quota arrangement
2. Singapore STO set up
3. AUS MRP setup
4. Optimize indirect procurement for 2-way match to eliminate GR
· Conduct workshops and blueprint design sessions and finalize the solution with business.
· Do the necessary configuration and develop custom solutions for enhancements by writing functional specs.
· Identify areas of business improvement and give directions to the business on the best practices to use to improve productivity, efficiency and performance.
· Be the first point of contact and go-to person as far as Solution design and changes to the solution depending
· Troubleshoot day-to-day issues in areas of SAP MM/P2P, perform root-cause analysis and provide solution for smooth operation of day-to-day business.
· Work on Batch management and fix issues related to Batch determination.
· Resolve issues related to Physical Inventory, Shipments and Shipment cost documents.
· Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
· Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
· Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
· Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum education and experience
· Bachelor's degree in business systems or related field with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years hands-on experience with at least two of the following SAP Modules: SAP MM, PP, EWM
· At least 2 full implementations of ERP Materials Management modules; strong experience with SAP S4 preferred. Hands-on experience in configuration development within SAP or Oracle operations systems, specifically in MM modules and sub-modules as well as in-depth business knowledge; experience in solution design.
· Must be a motivated self-starter, able to identify and complete required work activities to meet business deadlines
· Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently throughout the business and technical teams; demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other standard office tools
Working Conditions
General office environment. Business travel from 0% - 10%. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Starting Base Salary is $69.05/hr- $86.82/hr.
Individual compensation will vary over time-based on factors such as performance, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.
