This role reports to the Engineering Manager, based in Cyprus. Our team is made up of individuals from all walks of life, each bringing unique experiences and perspectives that enrich our work and culture. As a Quality Engineer, you’ll drive a culture of quality by focusing on automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Automation-First: Champion efficient testing with a strong emphasis on automation.
  • Collaboration: Work with Business Analysts and Domain Experts to define and execute quality strategies.
  • Framework Development: Help build and refine automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Testing Expertise: Create and manage test plans, execute automated and manual tests, and perform API testing using tools like Postman or Cypress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement QA process enhancements for better results.
  • Team Support: Mentor team members in best practices and technical skills to elevate quality standards.

About You

  • Experience: Skilled in designing and executing test cases with tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber, and proficient in API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
  • Technical Know-How: Strong software development background (Go or Java preferred) with exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter. Experience advocating for quality in Agile environments.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, mentoring abilities, and a proactive approach focused on continuous improvement.
