The role reports to the Engineering Manager, based in Cyprus. You will lead technical initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced fullstack engineer passionate about crafting exceptional software in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions while driving innovation and collaboration across teams.

• Build and maintain high-quality applications using React and Node.js.
• Shape architecture, lead code reviews, and drive engineering improvements.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery and feedback.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Champion coding best practices, automation, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.

About You

• Experience: 5+ years in software development with expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in APIs (REST, GraphQL), testing (TDD/BDD), and automation tools like GitHub Actions. Familiarity with state management and build tools (e.g., Redux, Webpack).
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and ability to address complex challenges.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Growth Mindset: Passion for learning and staying updated on software trends.
