Senior Designer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Senior Designer at PEXA, your key responsibilities include developing and executing design projects across various PEXA products and brands. You'll ensure that all designs align with our Brand Guidelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead the evolution of PEXA's brand identity. Very much a team-oriented role, you'll also provide guidance to the Graphic Designer and oversee the Videographer to ensure all output meets business priorities.

To excel as a Senior Designer at PEXA, you should ideally hold a diploma or degree in Graphic Design along with a strong digital design background. We look for 5-8+ years of graphic and digital design experience in a medium to large organization, especially one with complex stakeholder needs. Proficiency in digital design tools like the Adobe Suite is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse audiences.

A successful Senior Designer at PEXA should have excellent proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. Strong design and layout skills across digital platforms are crucial, as well as an up-to-date understanding of web standards, UI/UX design best practices, and accessibility standards. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional digital designs will be key attributes.
