Commercial/Industrial Electrical Journeyman

We are currently hiring an Industrial Electrical Journeyman for site work in southern Arizona and New Mexico. If you're looking to join a team that values your skills and provides daily per diem for on-the-road work, Phasor USA is the place for you!Position: Commercial/Industrial Electrical JourneymanResponsibilities:• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform diagnostics to ensure proper operation• Works directly with apprentices, and when appropriate, directly engages and mentors them• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards• Work efficiently in various commercial/industrial environments, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, electrical substations and processing facilities• 8 hour shift in-town (40 hours a week)• 10-12 hour shift (out of town)• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)RequirementsThe candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:• Move about the jobsite as needed• Move work related equipment up to 50lbs• Operate various technological devices, including but not limited to a computer• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders and/or stairsQualifications:• High School Diploma or GED• Valid Driver's License Required• Current journeyman license or certification in Idaho and/or New Mexico• Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations and repairs• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Electrical License (Preferred)Benefits• Competitive pay based on experience and position• Daily per diem for eligible projects• Opportunities for growth and development within the company• Supportive and professional work environment• Job Type: Full-time• Pay: $45 - $55 per hour• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Employee assistance program• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insurance• Compensation Package:• Hourly pay• Overtime pay
