As the Senior Communications Manager, Monitoring Business, you will be responsible for the overall management and execution of business communication strategies, which includes items such as, planning and activation, employee and management communications, as well as executive thought leadership initiatives.
Your role:
In partnership with Marketing and Marcom: Content for Global / Regional Business Shows
In partnership with M&A Communications, support in the Business for M&A and divestments, plus integration communications when applicable
Communications agency management
Primary goals internally are to drive employee engagement around culture, understanding strategy, and being a best place to work - (Holistic) Net Promoter Scoring
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 8+ years’ experience, in strategic B2B communications/marketing in an international/matrixed environment. Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred
Your skills include strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization. You possess exceptional abilities in communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups and have a proven track record in media relations that extends beyond traditional product PR. Additionally, you demonstrate an adeptness in managing high-pressure situations and navigating sensitive issues effectively and with tact.
You have a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree preferred
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world, strong ability to creatively problem solve

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $136,000 to $216,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
