To qualify for the RN Home Health position at Phoenix, candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Missouri. Experience in Home Health or Critical Care is preferred, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle with current auto insurance. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and physical assessment.

As an RN in Home Health at Phoenix, you'll be responsible for developing, reviewing, and revising patient care plans based on physician directives. You will provide nursing care in alignment with treatment plans and foster ongoing education for patients and their families. Monitoring and documenting patient conditions via electronic charting is also key, along with reporting any changes in conditions to the appropriate personnel.
