Senior/Staff Applied Scientist

As a Senior/Staff Applied Scientist at Photoroom, you'll be responsible for designing and developing machine learning solutions that improve our AI photo editing capabilities. You will own the entire ML pipeline, from the initial requirement gathering to model training and deployment. Engaging with users to gather feedback and using that data to iterate on features will be a core aspect of your role, ensuring that your work directly benefits millions of users. Photoroom is looking for candidates who possess at least 3 years of experience in machine learning using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a demonstrated belief in practical solutions for complex problems. You should have expertise in diffusion models, especially for image creation or editing. Strong ownership, initiative, and communication skills are essential as you'll be working in a collaborative environment focused on innovative problem-solving.
