Manager, Sales Operations

Ping Identity is looking for a Manager of Sales Operations to support the Global sales team by providing cross-functional business, analytical, and sales tool support. The role involves working closely with key decision makers and sales leadership to drive business decisions and process improvements.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and Gsuite business applications.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare board-level reports and presentations analyzing sales results and pipeline using Salesforce.com.
  • Perform data analytics and support sales compensation plan design.
  • Redesign processes to improve Sales operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline and opportunities.
  • Create standard reports for key stakeholders and supervise an analyst.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments and global sales operation teams.
  • Assist in training sales processes and tools.

Education

  • B.A/B.S degree.
