We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.Requirements:• eligible for a Security Clearance• Bachelor's Degree• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce• Strong technical experience implementing Sales and Service Cloud projects for TMT or other industry clients• Strong Salesforce integration skills integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other middleware products• Good Salesforce user experience layer design & build skills using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura and JavaScript• Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability• Client facing experience working with business and IT client stakeholders in leading an architectural / technical design and gain acceptance from cross functional client and vendor teams• Prior experience building technical artifacts including Salesforce configuration design, technical design• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve• Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:• Salesforce Certifications• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all Salesforce product offerings• Strong technology leadership skills required• Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills• Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution• Experience in application development• Strong understanding of architectural design patterns including SOA, Micro-Services, object-oriented design patterns, common integration patterns, etc.Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:
