Job Description:
OVERVIEW:

Join the Cheerios & Adult Cereal team as the Brand Experience (BX) Planner and have the opportunity to work on one of our largest established brands!

As the BX planner, you’ll have the opportunity to develop functional experience within the creative knowledge area through consistent collaboration with internal experts and external partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Commerce Conduit: This includes working closely with commerce and shopper teams on packaging approvals, approval of shopper assets, POS & Special Pack exp and the main point of the shopper teams need anything from the Cheerios team.
  • Packaging lead for BX projects, including 2 large tentpole events, Cheerios Division Events lead and managing approvals for custom events. Maintain close contact with both Brand and Logistics teams for packaging related matters.
  • BX lead for all New Item launches, including PR and Influencer
  • Demonstrate executional excellence against BX strategies and projects
  • Manage day-to-day executional responsibilities for all surprise & delight, donations, custom boxes etc.
  • Collaborate with fellow Cheerios & Adult Cereal BX team members to develop fully-orchestrated experience plans

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong creative thinking and good communication skills
  • Proven track record of executional brilliance
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity; self-directed
  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Learning mindset – exhibits curiosity and desire to learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Partner/vendor management experience
  • Collaborative nature – Win as a Team mindset and ability to foster strong working relationships with a variety of cross-functional teams
  • History of collaboration with cross-functional teams, agency partners
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across the business
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation). Spanish speaking talent highly preferred.
  • Campaign/Experience strategy, planning and execution
