Performance Pipe, a Division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Co, LP. is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Plant Manager at the Hagerstown, Maryland manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager is the senior leader on site and reports to the Manufacturing Manager, a member of the Performance Pipe Leadership Team.
The Plant Manager is responsible for all phases of plant operations and ensuring a collaborative environment between the site and the rest of the organization. The role requires strong inspirational leadership, technical and enhanced communication skills. This leader will have a relentless focus in sustaining a safe injury free work environment that fosters a culture of compliance with all safety policies and practices, production efficiency, cost discipline, continuous improvement, ensuring an emphasis on talent acquisition, development and retention, and driving business results the right way. The ideal candidate can balance competing priorities, resolve complex issues, and work with a diverse group of stakeholders across the company.
