Platform Product Manager - Data and Analytics

Mission
Create and own a portfolio of data and analytics platform capabilities that enable differentiated products delivered with an exceptional customer experience. Create a clear and consistently updated roadmap for your portfolio of capabilities. Balance priorities of external and internal customer needs. Enable the engineering team to deliver products of the highest value through organization and clear communication. Inspire partners and collaborators across the organization to work with you and bring products to life.
Outcomes
- Define data platform and analytics capabilities that enable andros to deliver differentiated products and services today and positions andros for future growth
- Identify critical capabilities needed for unified end to end data management and governance across business areas
- Define requirements and capabilities in partnership with operations and analytics teams to enable more efficient data processing and analytics reporting
- Develop strategic data platform capability vision to support product strategy and growth areas in partnership with Product Managers and Engineering
- Develop data strategy that identifies new data sources and optimizes existing data to increase customer value and improve data accuracy and quality
- Work with Product Managers and C-suite to identify data needs for growth areas and with engineering on data needs for improving overall data accuracy and quality
- Develop and maintain market landscape of data sources and providers to leverage for data strategy planning
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to understand product needs
- Leverage expertise of customers and internal teams to identify product opportunities and translate those to tactical requirements
- Regularly engage with clients and prospects to understand their problems and the needs of the market
- Document user problems, align stakeholders, explore solutions, and document product requirements
- Build and maintain product roadmaps
- Enable engineering team to deliver on the roadmap
- Oversee the development of initiatives, epics, and stories from product requirements
- Work closely with engineering to ensure customer needs and business objectives are well understood
Role-Specific Competencies
- Data Platform Capabilities: Familiarity and product experience working through full data cycle (ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, analytics, visualization/reporting, and stewardship (retention/destruction)).
- Communications: Mastery of communication at all levels: up, down and across the organization. Ability to articulate a high level vision as well as technical details.
- Analytical: Able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights.
- Attention to detail: Ability to dig in and identify and well as communicate details ensuring that important elements do not slip through the cracks.
- Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate across teams including but not limited to Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Able to drop into situations and create order / navigate towards solutions.

In compliance with the nation-wide updates on the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $135,000+. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros's total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
