ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Creative Operations Manager for the Brand & Communications team, you will lead the development and implementation of QA, AI and automation processes across all creative assets, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent delivery. You will manage translations coordination, perform thorough quality checks, and optimize project management workflows using Asana. This role requires a meticulous and tech-savvy individual with a passion for efficiency and excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative & Production, you will:
Develop and Implement QA Processes: Establish a comprehensive QA process for all creative assets (including copy, design and translations) to ensure brand consistency and fulfillment of project briefs.
Manage Translations Coordination: Package and send creative materials to translation agencies, verify accuracy upon return, and share finalized assets with the team.
Complete QA for Creative Projects: Perform quality checks for 100+ projects per month, ensuring alignment with partner brand guidelines and adherence to creative briefs.
Lead Asana Project Management: Oversee Asana usage, train team members, implement compliance standards, and optimize workflows with automations and automated reporting.
Leverage AI and Automation: Introduce and manage AI tools to streamline content creation and QA processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
Reporting and Optimization: Generate performance reports, provide insights for continuous improvement, and stay updated on emerging tools to enhance team productivity.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
Proven experience in QA and/or content automation, preferably in a high-volume creative environment.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative workflows (e.g., GPT-4, Claude.ai, Midjourney, etc.).
Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana to manage complex workflows and automations.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
Excellent communication skills to train and support team members and coordinate with external vendors.
A proactive approach to workflow optimization and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
