Pediatric Nurse (RN)
Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team focused on improving care for moms and babies through a technology-driven platform. They are seeking a Pediatric Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient-centered clinical care.
Skills
- Registered Nurse (BSN) with a multi-state license
- 3+ years experience in pediatric healthcare
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of healthcare inequalities
Responsibilities
- Ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment of new patients
- Identifying and addressing barriers to patient care
- Reducing care gaps through frequent patient engagement
- Assessing the need for and educating patients on health monitoring equipment
- Surveillance and timely response to abnormal diagnostic results
- Assessment of urgent concerns and triaging patients
- Documentation of care interactions and escalating as needed
